  • Wrap and Package Meats: Wrap and package prepared meats to ensure they are ready for sale.
  • Remove Bones and Weigh Meats: Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for sale to ensure accuracy.
  • Cut Poultry and Fish: Cut poultry into parts and clean and prepare fish and shellfish for our customers.
  • Grind Meats and Prepare Special Orders: Grind meats and prepare special orders to meet our customers' needs.
Work Environment

As a Butcher - Meat Processing Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads. You must have excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of meat products.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
