About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Purpose Immigration Services Inc. as a Senior Executive - Financial and Business Operations. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the effective management of organizational resources.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Business Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including the management of human resources, facilities, and technology.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective governance of the organization.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees.
  • Work Environment: The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a strong background in financial management and strategic planning.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication, with the ability to work in a bilingual environment.
  • Work Hours: 42 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
