Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Countertop Installer - Subcontractor to join our team in the Red Deer area. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing stone and solid surface countertops in residential and commercial settings, ensuring precise measurements, flawless execution, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Professionally install stone/solid surface countertops on-site, adhering to detailed layouts and specifications.
  • Remove existing countertops and plumbing fixtures as required.
  • Install new plumbing and sinks when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the office team to resolve any installation challenges or issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience installing stone countertops.
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed countertop layouts and plans.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing and sink installation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials (upwards of 50 lbs) with assistance.
