Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, molding, cabinets, doors, and hardware
- Construct building frameworks including walls, floors, and doorframes
- Perform tasks such as drywalling, caulking, masonry work, roofing, concrete forming, and construction painting
- Repair or replace damaged framework or other structures
- Inspect work progress to ensure compliance with building codes and specifications

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter with expertise in various carpentry skills
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools accurately
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities to address issues effectively

**Skills**:

- Proficient in plumb work to ensure accuracy in installations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints for precise construction
- Experience in caulking for sealing joints or seams effectively
- Skilled in drywall installation and finishing techniques
- Knowledge of masonry work for building or repairing structures with bricks or stones
- Familiarity with roofing techniques for installation or repair projects
- Competence in concrete forming for creating molds for concrete structures
- Experience in construction painting for finishing touches on projects
- Maintenance Person skills to perform various maintenance tasks efficiently

Pay: $26.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
