Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our Sephora store team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Performance: Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Store Operations: Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, assistant managers, and other store staff.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional, and that customers feel valued and supported.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or beauty retail environment.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to analyze sales trends and react accordingly.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
