About the Role

Fiera Capital is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Management Reporting team, you will be responsible for preparing the Company's monthly financial performance dashboard for the Executive Committee, quarterly presentations to the Board of Directors, and preparing key business performance analytics in support of the Company's Management, Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) on a quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of the Company's monthly and quarterly financial performance dashboard for the Executive Committee
  • Preparation of the Company's Board of Directors presentation on a quarterly basis
  • Preparation of key business analytics in support of the quarterly and annual Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A)
  • Partnering with the Corporate FP&A team and the divisional finance teams to understand key operating and financial results
  • Organizing and presenting data extracted from SAP in a concise manner and providing key insights to executive leadership
  • Assisting in the quarterly review and year-end audit as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting
  • CPA designation with 'Big 4' accounting firm experience is an asset
  • At least 3 years of experience in a public company environment
  • Highly capable with Microsoft Excel (i.e. financial modeling) and PowerPoint (i.e. Board presentations)
  • High attention to detail and quality of deliverables
  • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliverables concurrently in a demanding environment
  • Proven ability to confidently and effectively interact with all levels of the organization and to build strong working relationships in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment
