We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to join our Executive and Professional Development team at the Sobey School of Business. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the delivery of EPD programs and special projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of EPD programs and special projects
  • Provide administration and coordination of each program through liaising with program instructors, directing and coordinating student assistants, and communicating with internal University departments and external organizations
  • Support daily operations, procedures, and office administrative duties
Requirements
  • Completion of High School plus formal technical, commercial, or vocational program of more than six months in duration
  • Two years to less than three years' experience
  • High level of personal integrity and professional initiative
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
