We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Outbound Telesales Consultant. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for proactively making outbound calls to new and existing customers to uncover their needs and offer additional value to our cable and wireless services.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively make outbound calls to new and existing customers to uncover their needs and offer additional value to our cable and wireless services
  • Support chat and/or inbound calls when required
  • Welcome our customers in a friendly and personal manner
  • Connect with our customers from across Canada, asking the right questions to analyze their needs, and skillfully presenting tailored sales solutions
  • Create a sense of urgency to close the sale
  • Meet performance-based goals and sales targets
  • Greet customers in a friendly and personal manner and build rapport
  • Provide the customer with all the required information to make an informed buying decision
  • Educate customers on their existing products and services
  • Address any follow-up questions, confirm first bill expectations, and inspire confidence
  • Receive ongoing training and certifications for Rogers' different brands, products, and services

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while navigating multiple computer systems
  • Proactive and action-oriented, with a drive to meet deadlines and deliver results promptly
