Key Responsibilities- Fabrication and Repair: Create and repair crowns, bridges, and implants using advanced techniques and materials.
- Device Modification: Modify dental devices, including full or partial dentures, orthodontic appliances, inlays, onlays, clasps, and bands, to meet the needs of our clients.
- Model Preparation: Prepare plaster models and moulds for use in the fabrication process.
- Alloy Casting: Cast gold or metal alloys for bridges and denture bases, ensuring precision and quality.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for the dental laboratory, including maintaining supplies and ordering materials as needed.
- Supply Management: Maintain and order supplies to ensure the laboratory has the necessary materials to complete tasks efficiently.
- Wax Moulding: Mould wax over dentures set-up, requiring attention to detail and precision.
- Framework Finishing: Finish metal frameworks of dentures, ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy.
- Wax Preparation: Prepare wax bite-blocks and impression trays, requiring a strong understanding of dental anatomy and materials.
- Denture Finishing: Polish and buff dentures to a high shine, ensuring a professional finish.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Language: English is the primary language used in the laboratory, and proficiency is required.
