Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
