Position Overview

The role of the Executive Operations Assistant at 2127423 Manitoba Ltd. involves a variety of responsibilities that support the executive team in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation Preparation: Create and compile reports and other essential documents for review by executive committees and boards.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee and guide administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Communication Analysis: Review and assess incoming and outgoing correspondence, submissions, and reports.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize agendas and logistics for committee, board, and other meetings.
  • Customer Service: Deliver high-quality service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and reservations.
  • Financial Documentation: Prepare invoices, memos, letters, financial statements, and manage contracts.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute company events.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a similar role.
