Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Alberta Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a focus on productivity and quality. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
