Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date computerized stock inventory, ensuring that all stock levels are correctly recorded and updated.
  • Stock Receiving: Unpack and count products received by the store, and record incoming stock to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Stockroom Organization: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, ensuring that all stock is properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, directing customers to the location of articles sought and answering any questions they may have.
  • Task Management: Perform a variety of tasks, including bagging, boxing, or parceling purchases for customers, obtaining articles from the shelf or stockroom, and pricing items according to the price list.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
