About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Pomeroy Lodging LP. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Room Preparation
    • Ensure guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with amenities.
    • Pay attention to detail to ensure a high level of quality and cleanliness.
  • Public Area Maintenance
    • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and common spaces.
    • Ensure all areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
  • Emergency Procedures
    • Understand and follow all emergency procedures, including fire evacuation and first aid protocols.
    • Be prepared to respond to any situation that may arise during your shift.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience
    • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset.
  • Education and Training
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Completion of a housekeeping or hospitality training program is an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
