Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Steamfitter/Pipefitter to join our team at Phoenix Industrial. As a key member of our industrial construction team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex piping systems in the Bonnyville/Cold Lake area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and complex instructions to ensure accurate pipe installation
  • Use your expertise to perform careful and exacting work, including preparing pipe and fittings for tacking, hoisting, and rigging
  • Accurately select and measure pipe and fittings for installation
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Journeyperson Steamfitter/Pipefitter
  • Valid Albertan Journeyperson Steamfitter/Pipefitter Certificate (Red Seal if out-of-province)
  • Successful completion of pre-access drug and alcohol testing
  • Valid Driver's License
  • CSTS-2020 Ticket
  • WHMIS 2015 Ticket
  • H2S Alive (Energy Safety Canada version required)
  • Elevated Work Platform (EWS) Certification (Energy Safety Canada version required)
  • Confined Space Ticket (Energy Safety Canada version required)
  • Fall Protection Certification (Energy Safety Canada version required)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a high-pressure schedule-driven environment
  • Physically capable of performing all tasks required of Steamfitters/Pipefitters
