Job Title: Senior Cybersecurity Platform Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Platform Engineer to join our Technology Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security measures to protect our organization's data, systems, and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and manage security measures to protect our organization's data, systems, and networks.
  • Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential threats.
  • Develop and implement incident response plans to mitigate the impact of security breaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our organization remains secure.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Industry certification such as SSCP, GSEC, or CySA+.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Cyber Security-related role.
  • Working knowledge of system vulnerability scanning and remediation.
  • Experience working with and administering Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Single Sign On (SSO), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
  • Experience with Firewalls, Office 365 Security, Palo Alto, and Endpoint Security.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, and/or Power Shell.
