Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Platform Engineer to join our Technology Team at Canada Goose. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security measures to protect our organization's data, systems, and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the integrity of our systems and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Design and implement secure architecture for our technology infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and other security controls.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on security-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to ensure our organization remains secure.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Industry certification such as SSCP, GSEC, and CySA+.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Cyber Security-related role.
  • Working knowledge of system vulnerability scanning and remediation.
  • Experience working with and administering Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Single Sign On (SSO), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
  • Experience with Firewalls, Office 365 Security, Palo Alto, and Endpoint Security.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, and/or PowerShell.
