Position Overview

The Housekeeping Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: Previous supervisory experience in a similar role is an asset, but training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to verify compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Identify and recommend additional services needed, such as maintenance or renovations.
  • Assist staff in their cleaning duties as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the housekeeping team.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication in the workplace is English.
