Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Imperial Motel (2005) Ltd. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Lead and direct the activities of our housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.

Inspect and Maintain Standards

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Recommend Additional Services

Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repairs, or replacement of furnishings and equipment, and recommend these to management.

Assist Cleaners and Coordinate with Other Departments

Provide support to our cleaning staff as needed and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement work schedules to ensure that our facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

Will train or equivalent experience.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a work term of 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
