Position Overview
As a Finance Administrative Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing QuickBooks Online for efficient financial management.
  • Conducting thorough bank and account reconciliations.
  • Managing general ledger entries and journal postings.
  • Matching receipts with credit card statements for accuracy.
  • Assisting in the processing of accounts payable and expense reports.
  • Supporting payroll processing activities.
  • Contributing to various administrative and accounting tasks on a daily basis.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A DEC, Certificate, or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Approximately 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • About 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with strong skills in Outlook and Excel.
  • Bilingual capabilities.
