POSITION OVERVIEW
The Customer Experience Manager will oversee a team of customer support representatives to fulfill and surpass customer expectations. This position encompasses process enhancement, team development, and ensuring operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of supervisors, customer support representatives, and distributors
- Execute strategic initiatives aimed at process enhancement
- Monitor department workload and performance indicators
