About the Role

Mevotech is seeking a highly skilled Operations Excellence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and projects that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of operational processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize performance.
  • Drive project planning, execution, and monitoring activities to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
  • Analyze workflow bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste to develop optimization strategies and implement corrective and preventive procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support Lean Six Sigma projects aimed at improving operational performance and contribute to the organization's success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, or continuous improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor improvement initiatives.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
