About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Pyramid Properties Management & Construction Inc. as a key member of our site operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Spill Response: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Support to Tradespersons: Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with varying weather conditions. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work under pressure, with manual dexterity, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
