Job Title: Customer Service Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Clerk to join our team at Rewari Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and resolutions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the customer service team to achieve service level agreements and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Clerk will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
