Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to foster innovation and excellence in product and service delivery
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to achieve organizational objectives and drive business outcomes
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and manage business plans, including investment projects and product offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
  • 15+ years of experience in general management roles, preferably in international markets
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders
