The Technical Product Owner (TPO) plays a pivotal role in collaboration with the Business Product Owner to define the features and functionalities of our products. This position involves prioritizing tasks based on stakeholder feedback and collaboratively shaping the product vision and its future trajectory.

The TPO is responsible for:

  • Facilitating technical platform solutions and managing third-party integrations.
  • Participating in vendor management responsibilities.
  • Defining and communicating the product vision and strategy for CRM solutions within Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Ensure that the development team comprehends the product objectives and scope.

Development and Implementation:
Oversee the development and implementation of CRM solutions within Salesforce. Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and quality. Facilitate regular meetings with both business and technical teams to ensure alignment.

System Performance and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with Cyber Security and Data Privacy regulations. Maintain high performance in system design. Manage and select partners for system implementation, enhancement, and support.

Team Leadership:
Act as the functional lead for the CRM Team, overseeing the CRM Program, including project, budget, and team planning.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent specialized IT vocational training with several years of professional experience. A minimum of several years in product/project/program management or a similar role, preferably with Salesforce CRM.

Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture and functionalities, including JavaScript, APEX Web services, and AppExchange. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management best practices is essential. The ability to plan, organize, schedule, and manage various projects is crucial.

We are looking for an innovative individual who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and is solution-oriented, backed by strong data points. A commitment to learning and mastering new technologies and techniques, including modern working methods, is highly valued. Proficiency in English is required.
