The motivated Data & Analytics Product Owner will work with a diverse and highly competent team to help build an innovative and effective data platform to support business transformation. You will take part in stimulating projects that will generate value for the business and consolidate BRP's reputation as a leader in analytics.

**Y OU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
As part of your Product Owner role in the Product / Production data domain, you will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Product and Data & Analytics teams in order to:
Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, in close collaboration with business units and stakeholders.

Create and maintain a product backlog that aligns with the department’s strategic objectives.

Prioritize features and user stories based on business units and stakeholders feedback, business value, and other factors.

Define and maintain acceptance criteria and ensure that they are met during product development.

Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Communicate product updates and progress to both internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for data products and use insights to continuously improve and optimize the products.

Act as an ambassador and promote the data product defined with the business partners (users and consumers).

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing and/or Sales, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience in agile methodology and backlog management is an asset.

In-depth understanding of Product, Manufacturing or Engineering data flows and their use in management decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to clearly articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Self-motivated and able to work in an open team environment, employing a collaborative, continuous improvement and innovation mindset.

Excellent business acumen, with an ability to connect the dots and tell stories using data.

Experience with Jira, Microsoft Power BI, data visualization, machine learning or artificial intelligence is an asset.
