About the Role

We are seeking a strong junior to mid-level associate to join our Financial Services practice group in Calgary. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of post-call experience in banking and financial services private practice from a national or reputable regional law firm.

Key Qualifications and Attributes

  • Experience in acquisition financing, corporate lending transactions, project financing, and other debt financing transactions would be considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, with the ability to work well on a variety of teams.
  • Qualified to practice law in Canada.
