Position Summary: We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to provide contracting services that support our analytics initiatives and contribute to the Data Management Program (DMP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive test plans and scripts.
  • Validating ETL processes utilized for generating data sets for analytics and self-service.
  • Assessing business intelligence dashboards and analytical outputs.
  • Ensuring the integrity of data quality rules and cleansing scripts.
  • Documenting all testing outcomes meticulously.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in writing test scripts with defect management tools, such as HP Application Lifecycle Management.
  • Expertise in test planning methodologies.
  • Understanding of ETL processes within data pipelines.
  • Proficient in crafting and executing SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with best practices and standards in business intelligence, analytics, and visualizations.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively in a team or independently as required.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Resilience in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Business Intelligence Tools.
  • Background in Data Analysis.
  • Understanding of fundamental data quality dimensions.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks, such as Selenium with C#.
  • Familiarity with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Kanban methodologies.
  • Understanding of pension administration processes.
  • Experience with SQL Server.
