Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Bear Creek Liquor Center Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth, manage merchandise displays, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic math and inventory management.
