Senior Director, Treasury and Payment Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our Treasury and Payment Solutions team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services and solutions to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role in Treasury and Payment Solutions
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of cash flow and working capital analysis, as well as cash management products and services
We offer a competitive salary range of $84,000.00 - $156,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
