Job Title: Marketing Manager

BLUE BIRD TRAVEL, INC. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our business services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and improve marketing efforts
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage with clients and promote our services
  • Direct the marketing strategies of our establishment, including the development of promotional materials and advertising campaigns
  • Supervise staff and ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with company goals
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best possible terms
  • Market our business services to potential clients and promote our brand
  • Direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
  • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to inform marketing decisions
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools
Working Conditions:
  • 30-40 hours per week
  • English language required
  • Permanent position
