Telecommunications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Technician to join our team at NCS Managed Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment and networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect and test cable signals and associated equipment
- Repair cable signals and diagnose equipment faults
- Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware
- Analyze test results and adjust, change, or repair switching systems, networks, associated equipment, and software
- Complete and maintain test and service reports
- Determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble
- Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment
- Climb and work aloft on poles, ladders, or other support structures
- Connect, disconnect, and relocate cable outlets
- Install cable modems and software to enable Internet access
- Repair or replace faulty cables, power suppliers, and amplifiers
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work at heights and in fast-paced environments
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina
