Job Summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dining Room Care Manager to join our team. As a Dining Room Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining and table services to our residents in the community's dining rooms and designated areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dining and table services to residents in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards
  • Assist with training team members to ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain proper dining room setup and ensure cleanliness and readiness standards are met
  • Assist in special events and activities
  • Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure dining area cleanliness and readiness standards
  • Responsible for handling all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Current food safety certification required
  • Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Competent in written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
