We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Audi Brand Specialist to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles, promoting new business, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles by determining customer needs and preferences.
- Maximize vehicle sales and profit by meeting and exceeding established sales goals.
- Promote new business and contribute to the company's customer base by seeking new customers through prospecting and referral networks.
- Provide a superior experience for our guests by exceeding their expectations and building strong relationships.
- Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge by participating in product training and staying up-to-date on industry developments.
- Set goals for each month's productivity and plan and organize how to reach those objectives.
- Previous automotive sales experience is required.
- Be coachable and open to learning and growth opportunities.
- Have good interpersonal skills, excellent telephone and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong computer skills, including internet and MS Office, with the ability to maintain records using a computerized system.
- Effective negotiation skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- VSA License is an asset.
- Possess a valid British Columbia Driver's License and be able to present a current copy of their Abstract (ICBC driver's record) for review.
