Position Overview

The role of the Corporate Sales Manager at Vitality Health Foods involves overseeing the sales strategies and operations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to effectively convey marketing initiatives to the sales force.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate plans regarding the introduction of new product lines.
  • Policy Development: Create and implement organizational policies and procedures pertaining to sales activities.
  • Team Leadership: Guide the sales team in fostering relationships with corporate clients and negotiating sales agreements.
  • Sales Operations Management: Organize and manage regional and divisional sales functions.
  • Performance Evaluation: Plan, direct, and assess the activities of sales departments across various sectors including commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise sales personnel.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review ongoing projects and programs.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is required.
