Position Overview

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources, including materials, personnel, and finances, to align with organizational objectives.
  • Authorize the establishment of key departments and senior staff roles.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, approve promotional strategies, and oversee human resources planning.
  • Set organizational objectives and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions.
Supervision

Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
