About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team at Western Decal Ltd. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Handling: Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Inventory Management: Pick orders and stock, and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Weigh materials and goods to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Packing and Shipping: Wrap goods, pack and unpack goods, and prepare them for shipping.
  • Storage and Transportation: Store cargo and materials, and transport and distribute materials and goods.
Requirements
  • Criminal Record Check: A criminal record check is required for this position.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available for employees.
  • Work Schedule: This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
