- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including the maintenance of equipment, the management of supplies, and the coordination of services.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the hotel maintains a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel's finances, including the preparation of budgets, the monitoring of expenses, and the implementation of cost-saving measures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a hotel management or supervisory role is an asset.
