About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Extruder Operator to join our team at Masternet Ltd. As an Extruder Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our extruding machines to produce high-quality plastic compounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and inspect the quality of material produced to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Material Preparation: Operate mixing machines to blend plastic and other chemicals to a specific consistency and viscosity.
  • Extrusion Operations: Set up and operate extruding machines to extrude plastic compound through a nozzle or die.
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in your work.
  • Manual Dexterity: Possess manual dexterity to operate machinery and perform tasks that require hand-eye coordination.
