Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Store Supervisor to oversee operations at our vape shop. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily activities and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

The position is based in a dynamic vape shop setting, where customer interaction and product knowledge are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales staff effectively.
  • Manage payment authorizations, including cheque transactions.
  • Oversee inventory management and order new merchandise as needed.
  • Handle merchandise returns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in direct sales activities.
  • Compile and present reports regarding sales performance, inventory, and staffing issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Maintain organized inventory and shop layout.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a small team of employees.
Supervisory Scope

This role involves supervising a team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Physical and Work Conditions
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods is required.

Experience

A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week.
