Position Overview

The Hospitality Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our establishment. This position requires a strong background in customer service and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Work Environment

This role is situated in a dynamic hotel, motel, or resort setting, where guest satisfaction is paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and perform duties alongside the team.
  • Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their stay.
  • Coordinate, assign, and evaluate the work of team members.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
  • Ensure the functionality of computer systems and equipment, arranging repairs as necessary to maintain service quality.
  • Manage inventory and requisition supplies to support operations.
Team Leadership

Responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 individuals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
