Office Coordinator

Mega Pest Control Inc is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative processes within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Administrative Duties: Oversee the administrative functions of the office, ensuring that tasks are delegated effectively to support staff.
- Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities, ensuring that procedures are adhered to and deadlines are consistently met.
- Policy Administration: Manage policies and procedures related to record releases, ensuring compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Office Services Coordination: Plan and coordinate various office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Budget Management: Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting: Compile data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Administrative Procedures: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Candidates should possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
