Position Overview

Mega Pest Control Inc is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to enhance our operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative processes within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee the administrative functions of the office, ensuring that tasks are delegated effectively to support staff.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities, ensuring that procedures are adhered to and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Policy Administration: Manage policies and procedures related to record releases, ensuring compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services Coordination: Plan and coordinate various office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Budget Management: Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting: Compile data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Administrative Procedures: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
