About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons - Port Dover. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as sandwiches, salads, and soups, to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food quantities used and restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by the employer.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Experience: Willing to train and learn the skills required for the role.
