Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 639329 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

* Assign sales workers to duties and provide guidance on sales strategies
* Authorize returns and exchanges of merchandise
* Sell merchandise and promote products to customers
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
* Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
* Organize and maintain inventory levels
* Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

* 3-4 people in the team
* Permanent work term
* English language
* 30 to 40 hours per week
