About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Full Time Insurance Account Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to client inquiries
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients and organizing marketing materials
- Assisting clients with policy modifications, cancellations, and updates
- Setting appointments for clients with licensed team members
- Providing excellent phone skills and being proficient with Microsoft Office
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to obtain OTL within 1 month

- Starting base salary of $45,500
