About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team at AA Property Management. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing and integrating website-related code, developing website architecture, and maintaining existing computer programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and integrate website-related code, develop website architecture, and ensure seamless user experience.
  • Technical Support: Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Communication: Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to stakeholders, and prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
  • Content Creation: Source, select, and organize information for inclusion, and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the website, creating and optimizing content using various graphics, database, animation, and other software.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls to ensure the website meets the required standards.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, MySQL, GitHub, and MS Visual Studio Code (VS Code).
  • Work Environment: Ability to work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, excellent oral and written communication skills, team player, and accountability.
Experience
  • Experience Level: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
