Job Title: Web Designer

We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our team at Menya Kouji Enterprises Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop website layouts, user interfaces, and user experiences that meet our brand guidelines and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website designs align with business objectives and meet technical requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our website's performance and user experience.
  • Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of website designs into our development pipeline.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles, human-centered design, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
