Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Business Leader to join our team as Vice President, Acera Insurance Broker Network. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our broker network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth Planning
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the broker network
    • Forecast and manage financial performance
    • Oversee business operations and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing branch partners
    • Develop new business relationships with prospective branch partners
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage the corporate AIBN team
    • Foster a collaborative and inspired team environment
  • Communication and Liaison
    • Act as liaison and advocate for the broker network and its branch partners
    • Communicate key results and performance to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in leading, growing, and managing all aspects of a business
  • Minimum five years of experience in prospecting and developing new business relationships
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
