Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Specialist to join our team at Navdeep Gill. As a Child Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and supervision to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, promoting their emotional well-being
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, ensuring their physical and mental stimulation
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and restrictions
  • Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with children and families
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility
Work Environment

As a Child Care Specialist, you will work in a home-based setting, providing care and support to children in a safe and healthy environment. You will be required to travel occasionally, but this will be discussed and agreed upon with the employer.
